This privacy policy explains how Stock Sales Report ("we", "us", operated by Louie Gardner, sole trader) collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Stock Sales Report is a trading name operated by Louie Gardner, sole trader, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: reports@stocksalesreport.uk.

2. What data we collect

Email address — when you submit the early access form on our website.
Name — if you choose to provide it.
Consent record — date, time, and wording of the consent you gave.
Vinted sales data — if you become a client, emails you forward to us for processing (your items, prices, sale records). This data is yours; we process it only to provide the service.

3. How we use it

Early access enquiries: To contact you about Stock Sales Report and onboard you as a client. Lawful basis: consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Service delivery: To process your Vinted sale data and produce your reports. Lawful basis: contract performance (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Legal compliance: To meet tax and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Who we share it with

We use the following processors, each bound by appropriate data protection agreements:

Resend (resend.com) — email delivery.
Hetzner Online GmbH — server infrastructure (EU-based).
Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, email routing, CDN.
Google LLC — Google Sheets for client data storage.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Early access leads: Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months if no contact results.
Client data: For the duration of the service plus 6 years (UK tax record requirement).

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion ("right to erasure").
Withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect lawfulness of prior processing).
